Bio
Djalal is an Open Source Software maintainer and developer. He worked on security defenses within the kernel self protection project for the Linux kernel, from modules infrastructure, namespaces, to filesystems where he rewrote the proc filesystem. As a "systemd" maintainer he hacked on the sandboxing environment and kernel interfaces to secure the Linux ecosystem.
Previously, he was an Nmap network security scanner maintainer.Djalal worked with several German and US companies from Open Source telephony LTE/5G drivers support, Linux containers, to embedded linux with hardware and IoT support. He is an entrepreneur focusing on delivering secure Cloud to IoT technologies.
